In mainstream culture, much attention is given to the Illuminati’s stance that money itself is not evil. Some misinterpret our support of ambition and prosperity as a call for selfishness—missing the deeper significance of the Pyramid and the principles it represents.

Within the teachings of the Illuminati, wealth is not merely a path to personal gain. It is a powerful instrument—meant to help individuals fulfill their responsibility in advancing the progress of humanity

The selfish pursuit of money is a hollow goal, but the pursuit of the goodness that money can create is one of humanity’s greatest responsibilities.

The more wealth a person possesses, the greater their capacity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. A kind-hearted individual with little means may remain noble in spirit, but if a friend’s home is lost to a fire, they will be unable to provide the help that is most urgently needed.

However, if that same person is wealthy, they can offer shelter, support, and even a new home—because their abundance allows them to care not only for themselves but for those around them in times of need.

Money has no feeling, no voice, and no soul – its choice between good or evil is decided by those who use it.

While there is no shame in poverty, glorifying it can stem from a misguided perspective. A person without wealth may save a single life, but someone with great resources can build a hospital and save thousands. The impoverished have limited means to assist others in need, whereas the wealthy hold the potential to uplift entire communities. Wealth brings opportunity—and with it, the power to do good. Without it, one may struggle to support anyone beyond themselves.

That said, even those with little can still contribute greatly. Money is merely a symbol—an exchange for time and effort. If someone lacks financial resources, they can invest their energy and actions into uplifting humanity. These deeds are just as valuable as monetary charity.

The more abundant one’s fortune, the heavier their responsibility becomes. Like the Pyramid, those who stand at higher levels possess the greatest capacity to create lasting change for all those beneath them.
